 Q. Does recording happen in real time? How long does it take?
A. Yes. Recording 30 minutes of music to Mac takes 30 minutes. Separating tracks 10 minutes. Burning to CD 10 minutes.

 Q. My Mac doesn't have a CD drive, how do I load the software & watch the video tutorial?
A. We also provide a digital download link printed on the rear of the paper CD sleeve.

A. You can get 5GB of Mac-friendly storage from Google. 
 Q. Does the tape player work with all versions of macOS?
A. Yes. We've personally tested it with 10.7 through to Big Sur OSX 11.2.3 (tested 02/04/2021). 
 Q. What's the minimum spec Mac I need?
A. It must be an Intel Mac that's less than twelve years old. Running Lion (10.7.5), Mountain Lion (10.8.5), Mavericks (10.9.5), Yosemite (10.10.5), El Capitan (10.11), Sierra (10.12), High Sierra (10.13), Mojave (10.14), Catalina (10.15) and Big Sur (11.0.1) on Intel and M1 Macs.
